Luxury Vacation Homes in the Heart of Columbus

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!

At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A nonrefundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon

availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:

Early Check-In:                      

     $25 add-on (3:00pm instead)
     $50 add-on (2:00pm instead)
     $75 add-on (1:00pm instead)

Late Check-Out:

     $25 add-on (11:00am instead)
     $50 add-on (12:00pm instead)
     $75 add-on (1:00pm instead)

Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!

We have hosted many many MANY photoshoots, sitcoms, music videos and even some commercials! 📷 We offer three different options that can be inquired about and with all details listed here, dependent upon availability! Please note, these options are special rates where we provide you a custom quote prior and booking a reservation without our prior consent/approval are subject to but not limited to our violation fines, cancellation without a refund, and will be asked to vacant the premise. 

Our professional cleaners are following CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants approved on List N from the EPA, which kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). We also provide complimentary hand sanitizer for our guest to use in the living room!

We do offer free street permit parking pass for one vehicle included with your reservation and it’s done all online by us (no physical tag is needed)! If parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay!

As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets over the vacation home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!

We welcome children at our short term rentals but unfortunately do not offer special equipment on-site. Please contact us for any further questions!
